鉴于平台所提供的线上咨询、虚拟/数字产品及会员订阅等服务的即时性与可复制性,平台不提供退款、不接受退货或撤销交易。请在下单前认真阅读本说明及对应产品页面的介绍与使用规则。


一、适用范围

本说明适用于平台上列示或实际提供的付费项目,包括但不限于:

  1. 线上咨询/服务(含远程交流、预约时段等);
  2. 虚拟/数字内容(含可下载或在线访问的文件、素材、密钥、代码、序列号等);
  3. 会员/订阅(一次性或周期性);
  4. 站内钱包/余额所支持的付费使用(如适用)。

二、交付时点

出现下列任一情形,即视为交付开始

  1. 订单支付完成且账户获得访问权限;
  2. 下载链接/兑换码/密钥可见或已发送;
  3. 线上咨询/服务预约确认或进入可使用状态。

三、核心规则(不退款/不退货)

  1. 所有费用为最终费用:订单一旦完成支付,即不可撤销、不可退回。
  2. 未使用/部分使用亦不退:包括但不限于未登录、未下载、未预约或仅部分使用。
  3. 订阅周期:如需续订,你可在到期前自行下单。已付款周期不予退还
  4. 礼品码/优惠券/赠送权益:不可折现、不可兑换现金、不可退还。
  5. 设备/网络/地域限制:请在下单前确认你的设备、网络与所在地域可正常使用;因用户自身原因导致的不可用不构成退款理由
  6. 描述一致性:以产品/服务页面公示的功能、限制与规则为准;页面已充分说明的限制不构成退款理由。

四、技术或交付问题的处理

  1. 如遇平台原因导致的访问或交付问题,我们将提供技术支持、重新发放、替代方案或适当延长服务期等处理方式;不承诺现金退款
  2. 如遇第三方服务(含支付、邮件、CDN、存储、通信等)产生的故障,我们将配合跟进并尽力协助;但该等服务由第三方负责,不构成平台退款义务

五、计费与差错更正

  1. 价格、税费、汇率与结算方式以订单/页面信息为准。
  2. 如出现明显的计费差错(含重复扣费、错价等),平台可进行核对与更正更正不代表对其他情形的退款承诺
  3. 站内钱包/余额(如适用)仅用于平台内消费或结算,不计息,不等同于银行账户或受保障的金融产品

六、法律保留

  1. 本说明不影响你在适用法律项下可能享有的强制性消费者保护权利
  2. 如法律对特定商品/服务的冷静期或取消权另有强制规定,平台将依照法律执行;但一经开通/开始履行的数字内容或线上服务,在法律允许范围内,可能不适用或不再适用该等权利。

Given the instant and replicable nature of our online consultations, virtual/digital products, and membership subscriptions, all payments are final and non‑refundable. Please review this Policy together with the product page details before purchasing.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to paid items offered on the Platform, including but not limited to:

  1. Online consultations/services (including remote sessions and scheduled time slots);
  2. Virtual/digital content (downloadable or online access files, assets, keys, codes, serials, etc.);
  3. Memberships/subscriptions (one‑time or recurring);
  4. On‑site wallet/balance usages (if applicable).

2. Delivery Commencement

Any of the following constitutes delivery start:

  1. Payment completes and access is granted to your account;
  2. A download link/redeem code/key becomes visible or is sent;
  3. An online consultation/service is confirmed or otherwise becomes available for use.

3. Core Rule (No Refunds/Returns)

  1. All fees are final: once payment is made, the order is non‑cancellable and non‑returnable.
  2. Unused/partially used periods are non‑refundable (including not logging in, not downloading, not scheduling, or partial use).
  3. Subscription cycles: To continue, you must place a new order before expiry. Charged periods are non‑refundable.
  4. Gift codes/coupons/complimentary perks: not redeemable for cash and non‑refundable.
  5. Device/network/region limitations: ensure compatibility before purchase; inability due to user‑side causes does not qualify for a refund.
  6. Description alignment: the product/service page governs features, limits and rules; limitations clearly disclosed on the page do not qualify for refunds.

4. Technical or Delivery Issues

  1. For Platform‑caused access or delivery issues, we will provide technical support, re‑delivery, alternatives, or reasonable service extensions; cash refunds are not promised.
  2. For issues arising from third‑party services (payments, email, CDN, storage, communications, etc.), we will coordinate and assist where feasible; such services remain the responsibility of their providers and do not create a refund obligation for the Platform.

5. Billing & Error Correction

  1. Prices, taxes, FX and settlement methods are as stated on the order/page.
  2. In case of evident billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges or clear mispricing), we may verify and correct the records; such correction does not imply refunds for other situations.
  3. The on‑site wallet/balance (if any) is for Platform spending/settlement only, bears no interest, and is not a bank account or insured financial product.

6. Legal Reservation

  1. Nothing in this Policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable laws.
  2. Where cooling‑off or cancellation rights are legally mandated for certain goods/services, we will comply; however, for digital content or online services once activated/begun, such rights may not apply or may cease to apply to the extent permitted by law.
